I had a telephonic interview with this company. The interviewer takes the cake. He asked me to recite code over phone. The interviewer was hellbent to irritate me. I was asked to recite the code that creates a ADODB connection object and then proceed till ‘Recordset’ object.
Any guy with some logic would be knowing, how difficult it is to recite code. I always keep my book when I code. Why do I have to cram the code in the first place?
